NEW 7D SEATING REGULATION UPDATE

Student pupil transportation vehicles model year 2013 or newer currently in the waiver program ARE allowed to be modified and seating capacity adjusted by a manufacturer per 49 CFR 567.6. Modifications must be performed and approved by the DOT no later than 12/31/22.
